You will receive:
5-day online retreat that you can join live or at the best time of day for you.
5 x 90-minute yoga classes (with yoga asana, breathwork and meditation) to shift your body mind state so you move into the day feeling grounded and centered and full of vitality. Meet the days challenges from a place of clarity and resourcefulness.
Daily tea breaks + journaling questions to be with yourself and this moment deeply as well as to help integrate the insights born of the practice.
5 x 1-hour Transformation Philosophy sessions to gain meaning, context and direction as to how this challenging moment in time is an extraordinary opportunity for growth and awakening
5 x Self-Inquiry prompts for you to meditate on and incorporate throughout the day to apply the tools you learned where the rubber hits the road - in your own immediate here, now experience. To directly experience your own ability to navigate intensity with grace.
