Sadhana, Satsang & Sangha?
According to the Vedas there are the 3 equally important pillars which are integral for spiritual growth:

A gentle and thorough yoga asana practice (60min) to balance the body mind, followed by a meditation (30min) to calm the mind and open to insight.
Satsang
Spiritual talk &/or Q&A
Relax, open and receive an uplifting dharma talk rooted in vedic wisdom to support deepening self awareness and deepening self acceptance.
Sangha
Spiritually-intentioned community
An opportunity to connect with an authentic, heartfull community to share, explore, listen and love.
